Specific Functions of the Product
(1) Metal base of the power battery assembly and debugging training platform
The main body of the equipment adopts an integrated structure design. The main shell is made of ≥1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate. It is processed strictly according to the sheet metal processing technology, including acid washing, powder coating, and screen printing. The main frame is welded with steel structure, and the surface is treated with anti-static spraying technology. The system components are processed by laser cutting and CNC machining of structural parts. Locking function universal silent casters are assembled and equipped. The base is used to support the assembly and debugging of power batteries.
(2) Power Battery
The outer shell of the power battery is made of fully transparent material, allowing a comprehensive display of the internal structure of the battery. This enables students to quickly grasp the working principle of the power battery. The battery includes individual cells, battery modules, current sensors, temperature sensors, main positive relay, main negative relay, pre-charging relay, charging relay, pre-charging resistor, high-voltage maintenance switch, fast charging connector, slow charging connector, low-voltage connector, on-board charger, DC charging interface, AC charging interface, BMS, high and low voltage wiring harness, etc., to meet students' needs for disassembly, assembly and debugging of the power battery.
(3) Upper computer system of the battery management system (used in conjunction with the CAN box in the supply station)
Connection method of the battery management system: Connect via CAN-H and CAN-L two lines.
Safety warning: Displays the fault information detected by the current system. When all system parameters are within the preset values, it shows no fault; when a fault is detected, it will display the cause of the fault; if there are multiple faults, users can directly click here to view all the faults.
